The build Tyla showed is what i use and it works great.
Shortening your chain is always a good thing, BoS and
impale are not needed.... Its basically a spammable spike
if u run the build right (not hard)

it isnt hard to interrupt sin skills, but GG sins are about 8 second cooldown spikes that make them viable, your chain would deal slightly more damage with tf as opposed to bos without impale but it would take twice as long to recharge, which is bad.

why? GG sins are good for HB, cripple and spammable spikes.

GG sin is a decent build

good spiking power, KD, cripple, 25% faster attack and move, quick recharge, Deepwound, carry res sig (thats a big +)

Homework for tyla: Find a build that can dish damage, self heal, heal others, prot others, hold res sig, anti melee, anti caster, shatter hexes, cancel stances, have IAS and fast run, KD, Cripple, Deepwound, Degen, Block spells, good energy management, good condition removal.

until we find a build that can do all that there will always be a complainer about one of them.

And that's where team play comes in, but a melee class (who should be dealing damage and have the ability to kill extremely effectively) should have deep wound 100% of the time, excluding D-Slasher which doesn't have much room for damage mitigation.

Oh, and I know a bar that can hold the exact same things.

Wounding Striker.

Wounding Strike. (covered deep wound)
Signet of Mystic Speed
Heart of Fury
Crippling Sweep
Attackers' Insight
-Res-
-Whatever-
-Whatever-

No skill bar can do everything, and canceling stances isn't really very useful when you can simply target swap and save a skill slot. Same goes for self-healing, unless it's on a guy who wants to split. Condition / hex removal is another one of those things. Heck, you can put Bull's on that bar for a knockdown and technically knockdown is anti-caster and anti-melee. Cripple anti-melee aswell.

on-topic: sincasters fail due to energy nerf on paradox and recharge nerf on augury. they were powerful before that, which was completely fine by me, though i would never run one cuz they were not true sins. now they just suck.

Igor I wasn't pointing that last line at any one in specific. Also GG sins do have deep wound via impale or pious assault.

Back to the topic, assacasters died when SoJ got hit by the nerfbat imo. I haven't used it since. Reduced the damage and half range wtf >< it's already got like 20 second recharge time.

Energy shouldn't be a problem on sin, switch to zealous daggers and if you have enough crit strikes you should gain 4 energy 50% of the time if not 1 energy and you have the chance for double strikes to gain more.

Most guys serious about their Deadly Arts run 8 CritStrikes - if at all.
